New development of two storey detached house located between mountains in close proximity to the National Park in South-West part of Poland. The proposed house comprises a large "open space" living room connected to a spacious kitchen. On the upper storey there are four bedrooms, office space and two bathrooms. The building will be constructed on the slopped site which creates few challenges regarding sub-structure and water tightness of lower part of the house.

The main structure of the building has been designed as reinforced concrete slabs supported on load bearing masonry walls, with waterproofed concrete foundations and basement. Due to form and span of the upper storey ("ceiling free" space), the steel portal frames has been used to create primary structure of the internally exposed roof.
